Precautions for scaffold erection during scaffold construction

1. The base plate and base shall be accurately placed on the positioning line. The base plate must be laid stably and shall not be suspended.

2. When erecting columns, steel pipes with different outer diameters shall not be mixed. The butt fasteners of adjacent columns shall not be within the same height, and the staggering distance shall meet the structural requirements.

3. When starting to erect the column, a throwing brace shall be set every 6 spans until the wall connecting parts are installed stably, and can be removed according to the situation.

4. When it is erected to the structural layer with wall connecting parts, the wall connecting parts shall be set immediately after the erection of the column, longitudinal horizontal bar and transverse horizontal bar.

5. The longitudinal horizontal bar of the same step closing the scaffold must be circled around and fixed with right angle fasteners and inner and outer corner columns.

6. The distance from the end of the horizontal pole of the double row scaffold against the wall to the decorative surface of the wall shall not be greater than 100mm.

7. When the scaffold operation floor is two steps higher than the wall connecting parts, temporary stabilization measures shall be taken until the wall connecting parts are erected.

8. The diagonal bracing and transverse bracing shall be set up synchronously with the column and longitudinal and transverse horizontal bar. The distance between the center line of the fasteners such as diagonal bracing and transverse bracing and the main node shall not be greater than 150mm.
