It can be said to be an open work system, and the bowl buckle scaffold can be said to be a working system rather than a single component.
Now we focus on the Steel Cuplock Scaffold Post Tube that are part of the bowl buckle scaffolding.
The role in the bowl buckle scaffolding: it acts as a vertical support rod in the scaffolding There should be a sleeve for extension and a pin hole for linking on the pole.
Requirements for bowl buckle scaffolding poles: the wall thickness of the pole connecting jacket shall not be less than 3.5-0.025mm, the inner diameter shall not be greater than 50mm, the length of the outer casing shall not be less than 160mm, and the overhang length shall not be less than 110mm.
The upper bowl buckle on the pole should be able to move up and down and flexibly rotate without sticking. The upper end of the pole has measures to prevent the upper bowl buckle from falling off.
A 12mm connecting pin should be able to be inserted into the connecting hole connecting the production pole and the vertical pole.
The dead weight of the pole system that constitutes the bowl buckle scaffolding structure mainly includes: vertical poles, vertical and horizontal poles, slashes, horizontal slashes, eight-character slashes, ten-anchors and other deadweights.
