Product Introduction
Its main function is to withstand the lateral pressure and other loads of concrete between the inner and outer formwork of the wall, ensuring that the spacing between the inner and outer formwork meets the design requirements. It is also a support point for the formwork and its supporting structure. In short, the aluminum formwork special casing and wall threading screw mainly serve to fix the formwork and control the thickness of concrete pouring.
Our plastic sleeve for threaded rod is produced using ABS raw materials. Compared to the disposable PVC pipe for tie rod made of PVC material and our threaded rod sleeve made of recycled materials, ABS material has excellent toughness, strong strength, high accuracy, and can effectively avoid slurry leakage. After the concrete wall is poured, the threaded rod can be directly removed, and our threaded rod sleeve can also be removed by tools for reuse.
