In the process of extrusion manufacturing, the die shell of aluminum extrusion profile operates at high temperature, which will cause elastic deformation. The working belt of the die shell is gradually parallel to the extrusion direction. After being subjected to the working pressure, the working belt deforms into a sound horn shape. Only a part of the blade of the working belt touches the aluminum stick produced by the profile, which is similar to the tool chip tumor of the lathe turning tool. During the establishment of aluminum bonding, particles were continuously brought out by the profile and adhered to the profile surface, resulting in "adsorbed particles".

2. hazards of extrusion process

Whether the proper selection of extrusion process parameters is also the main factor endangering "adsorbed particles". If the extrusion environment temperature is too high and the extrusion rate is too fast, the "adsorbed particles" will be larger. The reason is that the high temperature and faster speed will increase the profile fluidity rate, the level of mold shell deformation will increase, the fluidity of metal materials will accelerate, and the relativity of deformation resistance of metal materials will become weaker, which is more prone to aluminum sticking.

3. hazards of cast rod quality

The quality of cast bar is the main factor that endangers the surface of aluminum profile and extrusion forming. The cause of "adsorbed particles" is closely related to the quality of purified aluminum profiles. The common defects of the casting rod mechanism are weld beading, looseness, thick crystal, shrinkage porosity, bright crystal, etc. all these defects have one thing in common, that is, the welding with the casting rod base material is not very good, resulting in the discontinuity of the base material fluidity, which is also the main factor to produce "adsorbed particles".

The influencing factors of "adsorbed particles" are mainly three levels: mold shell, casting rod and extrusion processing technology. The control level of the actual operation staff is also reflected in the three factors. On the basis of life practice, continuous analysis of problems and learning from experience can reduce or prevent "adsorbed particles" and further improve the qualification rate and productivity of profiles.
